I have been offered two jobs in Arusha. I have a wife and a three year old son. What would be a good package to negotiate. And how much are things like good schooling and medical aid?

Am assuming you're another Zimbabwean - we have just moved to Arusha from Dar.
Schools - would say either ISM Arusha campus (http://www.ismoshi.org/admissions/fees/) or Braeburn (http://www.arusha.braeburn.com/) are the schools of choice.
Medical aid - look into an international policy with BUPA/Aetna/Cigna/similar - local medical is not great and best is to head straight to Nairobi.

Hi All
My Name is Moin and I am from India. i got a job offer from a company in Arusha with a monthly Salary of USD 850 pm with Accomodation. But I have to arrive there with tourist Visa, then they will apply for my Work Permit Visa. How is the work culture there. How to Manage daily fooding. How linient are the Laws there. How are Indians treated there. How is the weather there. How much money should I carry with me. Should i accept the offer.
