I haven't had ACL surgery, so I did a little looking and this site has some interesting information: https://www.health-tourism.com/anterior-cruciate-ligament-reconstruction/thailand/
Here is another one. https://www.healthbase.comyou /hb/pages/medical-procedures.jsp#Orthopedic

I am not sure about the ACL reconstruction, but I had a torn meniscus in my knee. Initially I had the MRI done in Pattaya and then when I returned to Thailand I went to Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok to have it repaired. While taking care of that issue the surgeon noticed something else (minor) but took care of that as well. I am thoroughly impressed with that hospital.
