You WILL have to have a little Thai cash for the bus or taxi. Are you landing at Suvarnabhumi? If so, where in Thailand will you go next?

Yes, they WILL need a LITTLE Thai money as most taxis don't accept credit cards or foreign currency. Depending on where they're going and how many people/how much luggage will determine how much Thai money they'll need. The airport exchange rate is always dismal.
