" Hello List, I finally made it to NL. I saw a very nice house today in a very nice neighboardhood. It has 3 brooms, big living/dining room, garage, storage area, big attic, nice yard with a canal passing by the back yard, big kitchen, inludes microwave, fridge, dishwasher, laundry/dryer machine. The only thing that I dint'' like to much is the price (GLD 3,700) is that a normal price for a house like that in NL? or do you think it''s kind of expensive. Any advice? Thanks "
