" Hi expats, Life has been very busy and I suddenly realized that I hadn''t received posts in quite a long time. Had to go thru a search engine to relocate this site and re-register. I initially thought we were cancelled off the list (remember the previous threat?) because I couldn''t find us but was thrown off track because of them alphabetizing us with ""the"" in front of Netherlands, but persistance pays off. Did anybody else have similar problems? and I''m wondering if they lost a number of other folks due to this change. " Dear teri, I am as confused as you are. I haven''t been able to send emails and had to re-register myself. I even had the same fear as you that they had ''banned'' us cloggie expats because it took me a bit to find the Netherlands! Thank you for showing me I am not alone. I had tried to send the notice about the IMU pancake brunch on May 5th in the Bilthoven (laage vuursche) area. We are all meeting in front of the pancake restaurant around 10:15 am. If anyone on the list is keen on joining us please send me an email at julia@jafa.nl or jferguson@limit.nl and I will give you the official directions. Also, the Expats with Dutch Partners Dinner Group is May 6th at 7pm. We are doing Japanese Teppan bar at the Asian Towers restaurant outside Utrecht. " Hi Julia, I think I figured out how to get activity e-mailed to my e-mail address. I had to click on the yellow flag next to netherlands and then followed the instructions. I received an e-mail notifying me that there was activity in our site when Julia posted. I guess it may take some time re-building this site. Just a note of info: my latest treck to Wal-Mart found clorox bleach, velveeta sandwich style cheese, and pancake mix and maple syrup. Does anyone know where I can find bagles tho? I used to be able to buy them at Albert Hein but they have discontinued them down here in Limburg. They told me they are not able to purchase them any longer. I really miss my morning bagle.....terri "
