I am living in Groningen, and facing the same problem. I moved here 1 month ago. Well...i would love to be your buddy but it's just a little far. Anyway, i hope you are lucky having a buddy soon. I am trying to study Dutch but my partner and i always speak English. I think it will take ages for me to learn Dutch :-)
