Maybe you can call them to ask for a recommendation in Tobago?

Actually one little store here I really like which has beautiful wood furniture (rustic style or shabby chic) is called Con Brio- more pricey but nice. It is brought over by her mom from India (similar to Mexican furniture) and you can see what her mom has and make an order to bring over what you want if she happens to be in India.
Another popular shop is called Mi Casa. Other than that I would say do bring it here with you, along with most things!

You will need to find a shipping company from your end that ships to Trinidad. What you need in Trinidad is a Broker to help you clear your crate/container/barrel etc. thru customs. It's hard to find a good reliable one, some like bribes...

You need to figure out what you are shipping, build a crate for it and measure the dimensions. The pricing will be the weight and the dimensions.
