I'm pulling together an article about the best neighborhoods and suburbs for expats in and around Port of Spain for Expat Exchange. From all of the great posts and reports I've read, I have a great deal of information about Westmoorings, but need more about other places that were recommended: Victoria Gardens, Goodwood Park, Glencoe, Maraval, Moka, Cascade, St. Ann and Trincity. If you have a moment to share a little about any of these places - international schools, housing prices, safety, gated vs non-gated areas, shopping, restaurants, traffic getting into city, expats living there, etc..
