" My husband and I will be moving to Ankara in a month. I''ll be taking a teaching post at a private university there. My university says it has a policy not to provide the ""letter of guarantee"" required for people employed by Turkish companies to bring their household good in without duty.Can anyone tell me what to expect at customs without this letter? We''ll be bringing two computers, a microwave oven, a VCR, books, clothes, kitchen equipment, dishes, linens, CDs. The only furniture will be a computer desk.Thanks for any information you can provide! "
