Hi do u think it is possible to find a nice 3 bed room flat with walking distance to french lycee within the margin of 2500 us dollars and in general what are the best districts to live in istanbul and how much would a local cleaner cost ? I am moving soon to istanbul and starting to be worried about living costs and traffic since i dont plan to buy a car right away would appreciate any insights
