Hello to All!

Has anyone here volunteered at museum or arts and crafts projects during their stay in Turkey? Would enjoy hearing more about their experiences.If I do spend time in izmir getting lots of teeth fixed, i would like to volunteer at a museum or arts and crafts project. Has anyone done this? I wonder hwat museums or researchers would be worth approaching.I have some backgound in the history of the eastern Mediterranean and enjoy art in general.Are there any history buffs here?
