Securing a car w/out a residence permit

Hi all,
My husband and I are purchasing property in the Datca/Marmaris area but won't have a residence permit for our first year (so we are going to use a tourist visa and travel in/out of the country).
The property we are buying is remote and we need a car. Without a residence permit is there a way around this? Leasing a vehicle? Mini lease? Rental expenses will add up quickly if forced to go this route.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hello yes a resident permits is required to purchase a car in Turkey. The only option you will have is to rent a car daily. Also you should probably check into applying for your resident permit right away unless you plan on being in Turkey less than 90 days out of a 6 month period. Resident permits are very easy to obtain. Best of luck to you!
