My husband, 9 year old daughter, and I are considering a one year initial missionary situation in Uganda next year after we graduate from Bible College in May 2003. I would like to hear from other missionaries in East Africa or Uganda about their experiences - both positive and negative, and any tips.

Uganda is one of the best kept secrets. Its a nice place to be. The country is beautiful, the people are kind and the weather is great.

There are a number of missionary organisations here. Aim, MAF, etc.

I have passed your name on to some missionaries here and they may contact you.
