Hello. I am looking to secure an internship in Uganda with an NGO. I've recently been accepted to Clark University's international development Masters program and want to develop a working relationship as a volunteer for a gender focused development project.

I can move to Uganda this summer to begin an internship. My fiance will be completing his PhD research in Kibale national forest at the same time. As I plan for this move (i've never been to Uganda) -- I would like some information on schools for my 5 year old daughter, expected living costs and other advice on moving a child across the world.

I would appreciate any feedback on these matters as well as any leads on internships. I have a close friend in Kampala, who works for the UN currently looking for internships, but would appreciate any further contacts.
