Hi,
I am moving to Kampala on 1st June, and the company that I am joining for work plans to book my stay at a hotel for a month's time(1st June - 30th June).
After the one month period I am looking for other long term stay options.
Can anyone please suggest/ refer me to good options for a 1 bedroom apartment/ studio/ shared 2 bedroom apartment that are within a 6-8 km radius of Acacia Avenue.
Kind regards, Aditya Krishnadas

Hello, We have two houses located in Bukoto neighbouring Kololo, Naguru, Ntinda, Kamwokya and the city centre. Our tenants are from all over the world such as volunteers, researchers, internship students and expatriats. As most of the embassies and NGO's are located nearby this is a perfect basis for them. Both our houses are very green with a lot of plants and flowers, beautiful verandas, relaxing sitting rooms, fully furnished rooms and well equipped kitchen. The shared housing and lovely environment creates a family like feeling without compromising your own privacy. please check out our face booked page for more infornation http://www.facebook.com/pages/Muzuri-Kampala-Shared-Flats/232396603442944.

You could also check out Speke Apartments. They are located on Kitante Road not far from Acacia Avenue but they only have two bedroomed apartments and three bedroomed apartments. I actually checked them out today and they charge usd 2,200 per month but you can inquire further.
