4-rooms Apartment for Rent

Dears,
I'm leaving Ukraine in a month or two and so I start to post the advertisements for rent of my apartment. It's 140sq.m., situated in Podol, Voloshska str.50/38, new building (2004), 3 years old to the renovation (made for myself and noone else lived there), very good condition, lots of light, 2 rooms out of 4 are furnished and fully equipped (of course - the kitchen, hall, bathroom, toilet as well). Two bed-rooms and balcony I never needed - so they are empty. The apartment is really nice, I would even say a very positive one, in good condition and with lots of light. I am flexible to furnish it or to move out some stuff - so feel free to contact me in case you are interested.
