Almost ALL intl. banks have left Ukraine, and if one needs to transfer money out, can one depend on this HSBC bank? AND is there a CITI JSCB bank in operation @ 16 G DILOVA st. Kiev? I saw this address on Google maps, it is near a large sports stadium by velyka vasylkivska st. Olimlincbka metro. Rafeissen(Austrian) DOES NOT want U.S. cutomers,(the u.s. threatens European banks at times) and Ukraine's banks are controlled by Oligarch's,(privatebank is, I read by the man funding bandera from Dneiperpetrovsk). He is a problem for Porshenko, it was written. Please advise about BANKS if we can sell a condo. to transfer money.
