" Considering a possible job and just looking for information as background to see if my family would fit in. I am in the urban planning field and trying to gain a perspective on how rapidly development is occuring and what amount of red-tape is involved in securing approvals. Also, we are Christians and while I understand that the government is liberal in comparison to surrounding areas, I do wonder what to expect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. "
