Been offered a job with the ministry of education but no accommodation. They will pay for me to stay in a hotel for 5 days.
How easy is it to find something? Do people share and how much can I expect to pay?

It won't be much difficult to find a accommodation in uae..
You can find lot of options online in sites like dubizzle.. Also try checking with your office people as well, they can also refer a broker if they know..

The offer letter given to you should have your remuneration written on it already.

Are you sure its a sure offer? Just be very careful not to come UAE unless your offer has everything stated on it.
