He is british and I am Indonesian. He is graduating in July and planning to come to Indonesia in May so we can get married around then to just get the documents ready to apply for a spouse visa after he will have the document saying that he has been working for 6 months with the minimum salary requirements. meanwhile I'll be applying for a visitors visa around April so I can go back with him to the UK for his graduation. Then after my 6 months visa is up, I will go back to Indonesia to apply for my spouse visa and hopefully will have all the documents for me to apply for my spouse visa. Then just wait until I will get my visa approved within 12 weeks. Do you think this sound good? Or would the fact that I applied for a spouse visa after a visitors visa matter? Or do you have any advice in general for us so we can be together regardless of the visa problem? Thanks very much
