If I marry a UK citizen, and move to the UK to take up domicile with him, does that qualify me to receive full free healthcare in the UK? Does free healthcare include dentist? Would I need to obtain a spousal Visa?

In order to move to be with him at all you need to obtain a visa. You need that to register for NHS services as well. And yes, there are NHS dentists you could see or you can see a private dentist and pay a small fee.

Once you are married and living in the UK then yes you will be treated under the NHS.
But first you have to get to that point and it is not so simple as just flying there as a tourist, having a a wedding and staying permanently. You do have to go through the proper process re a Visa etc.
But I have to say, it sounds like you are getting married to get your teeth fixed.
