Hello everyone,

Please I need some advice:

I'm Peruvian and in July, I will move to the UK to live with my husband, who is an EU citizen (polish). I have a visa (family permit).
I would like to know if it's mandatory register our marriage in Poland before to start the process of Resident card?.
Our marriage was made in Peru. The marriage registration Poland will take some months.

I believe you will find it would be easier to obtain a spousal visa from the embassy in Peru where you married. But check with the Polish Embassy first, if they start to complicate things do it in your home country
