Are you talking about a company transfer? If not, how are you going to get legal residency in the UK? First things first, it is a waste of time if this is just an 'idea' you have and haven't already determined how you can legally live there. If your employer is offering you a transfer and they will deal with the legal issues, that is a different story.

By the way, given Brexit, you many want to consider how that MAY impact your decision. No one can tell you how that will work out over the next 2 years.
