I would like to find out if anyone can advise me on what documentation my husband needs to submit with his settlement visa application?

I am a British citizen and so is my daughter, we all currently reside in Cape Town and want to immigrate to the UK early next year.

We have completed the application, paid for it and health surcharge. Done the TB X-rays and his English test is booked for the 3 Dec....Although now I am 2nd guessing myself if I selected the correct test.....
My brother in-law has completed the sponsor form and offered him a job.
The financial forms refer to me being the sponsor but that I am already residing in the UK which I am not, do I need to complete the form?
I am currently a house wife and my husband is self employed, we have the required funds and are married in community of property, do they recognize this as being my money when I complete the financial forms?

If anyone can assist me so I can be sure I have all the correct documentation as we live 3 hours away from CT, or knows of someone I can contact to get advise.
