Hello -- my fiance and I are both American citizens who will be travelling in Uruguay and would like to be married while we are there. Does anyone know if this is possible? (I know it's not possible in Argentina, but haven't heard about Uruguay.) !Muchas gracias todos!

Hi,

I don't have an answer for you but, I do have a friend here
that is from Euraguay and he said people from here get married
over there, check with the us embassy they might be able to
help you.

and if you get an answer please forward it to me, he wants me
to go there to get married but I think we have to stay there
for a couple months, having three children that is hard for me
to do.
