My girlfriend and I will be traveling to Uruguay in November and would love to briefly meet any U.S. expat living there. We will be in Montevideo from November 8-10 and again on the 18th pm. We will be in Salto and Colonia as well. Carena

There is a weekly expat meeting in Pocitos, Montevideo every Sunday afternoon. This morning will be our 3rd year of meeting there.

The restaurant is Old Maz, located at 21 de Setiembre 3090. The meeting starts at 1pm but people arrive anytime. It is an informal social meeting with people from many countries that are living in, visiting and thinking about living in Uruguay.
