I am planning a trip to Uruguay starting in September and lasting for 3 to 5 months. I'm using this trip to find out if Uruguay might be a potential retirement location in the near future. While visiting Uruguay this fall, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for affordable and safe lodging accommodations within either Montevideo itself, or even one of the nearby coastal communities, such as, Atlantida ? Any advice or suggestions would be truly appreciated. Thank you! Donati

Hello "Donati", We saw your post looking for short-term housing in Montevideo. We offer you our one bedroom apartment if it fits your needs and budget. You can check it out at: www.casasarandi356.com We used to live in San Francisco and now live in Vancouver, BC, but we'll likely retire to Montevideo in the coming years. For now we make our apartment available on a short-term basis to business people and potential expats like you. Feel free to email us after you visit the website. Our email is: casasarandi356@gmail.com
Kind regards, Tim & Bernd
