Is this a short term furnished rental for a few weeks or a long term which are generally completely empty of everything and you need to provide furniture and the appliances?
Is for high season ( mid December to end of February) or the rest of the year? Alone or sharing an apartment?

You can manage without a car most places except out in the rural areas where you would probably need at least a bike or moto as the buses mostly just travel the main roads.

If you want long term you will probably need to give 5 months deposit plus pay one month to a realtor if you use one. There is a way to avoid this but I believe you would need to have permanent employment here to qualify. You may see SOLO SE AQUILA CON GARANTIA DE ANDA this means unless you are employed and can get the ANDA guarantee they probably won't rent to you.
