Morrell, you once told me of a good bilingual realtor....I've lost that info. Can you email me her name again? randomwavesmusic@gmail.com
We want to sell our chalet and in-law cottage in Punta Fria, just north of Cerro San Antonio and don't have much exposure. Thank you!

I was impressed with Martina van Bevern when we were looking. She is fluent in English, German and Spanish and is licensed here and is based in Punta del Este

They have a very good website and they make sure your property is beautifully presented as well as taking a lot of time helping buyers find what they are looking for and explaining the regulations here.
Unfortunately we found our house through someone else as Martina took a lot of time showing us a number of properties. I am happy to recommend her though.

I second the recommendation for Martina. We too bought our house through another realtor but that had nothing to do with her..
