I am a retired medical professional with property management experience from owning a 16 unit bungalow complex in the rain forest of Costa Rica, multiple single family houses in the US and a medical complex. .I am looking for a house or spacious casita in exchange for management of property, managing property expenses, managing maintenance, personnel and repairs. If the property is for sale, I can show the property for the owners and/or make ready for owner arrival. I am a very active, quiet widowed Caucasian female in excellent health with passable Spanish.
