the biggest bed i have in my house is a double, cuz thats what comes up used. ( i always had a king, back in the U.s. ) But i snag ANY size all cotton sheets when i can get them, since they are rare in Uruguay. And so i have a set of King ( whatever they call a king, it swamps my double beds, but i havent the heart to cut this lovely high thread count cotton down! - and the bottom is easy to tuck under ) that I got at the big linen chain store here ( I cant remember the name , but there's one almost every block all over the country?! ) It was on a clearance table, so maybe they special ordered it for someone with an American King. If not , and it is something they normally carry, thats who has the bigger sheets. ( Tiendo Montevideo? )

Hi Nancylevin - Friends of ours are moving & selling this size bed. It is in Punta Del Este. You can pm me if you want to connect to them. They are selling it with the mattress pad & sheets.

There are some Kings here from foreigners that brought containers but they are rare & the rooms are not large enough for them. Twins & Queens are the norm here.
