hi, my buddy and i are from Vancouver Canada and are thinking about moving to Margarita isl. and investing in a restaraunt or bar etc, as a business venture, ive heard many good things about M island, but ive also heard that b/c it is still somewhat under developed that it is still dangerous as far as the security etc, for foreighers.?? anyone plz have any info regarding this would be aprpeciated..
