you can come to your embassy in Hochi minh City at Floor 11, 8 Nguy?n Hu? St. - Ward B?n Nghé, District 1 - Tel: (848) 38294738 - (848) 39110287

About your accommodation: If you spend up to $600.00USD to $650.00USD a month for a two bedroom apartment with utilities included you can find a very good place to stay (ofcourse not luxury place). but not in Distric 1. District 4 the most one is close to inner City (Distric 1), only have 5 minutues on motorbike.
