I am living in a big and nice 3 floors house in district 7, next to Lotte Mart supermarket. The house looks great and there is even a pool table at the 3rd floor right in front of my room.
We are living here with 2 Vietnamese and 2 Americans, the atmosphere is nice and friendly.
I will move out from my room very soon and I am looking for someone to take over ASAP.
This room is the best deal I could find in HCMC. My room is located at the 3nd floor of the house, this is the master room. It has a big room of 25 sqm + another room that I use as dressing room of 16 sqm + the bathroom of 5 sqm. So the total space you will have for yourself is about 46 sqm. I will leave on 15 of January and I would like to move out before so I negotiated a great deal with the landlord.
If I find someone to replace me before my departure date, we will give a great monthly discount 350 USD instead of 400 USD/month.
Bills are not included are they are usually about 25 USD/month or less since we are all sharing everything.
Anyway a 46 sqm room for 350 USD is a great deal and you should visit the house too.
I have attached some photos of the room to rent, it is worth the price.

Call me if you want to visit the house, this room won t stay available for long considering the price and size. ?
