Is it possible for an Expat to get insurance for theft or damage to a motorbike? My interest today is for a rental but I might buy one in the future. Also, would I need a driver license to get insurance?

U need a motor a driving licence to drive motorbike (by law).
I dont know how foreginers can get it if they dont know Vietnamese.
