Paper Map of Nha Trang?

New Topic Newest First

Does anyone know where I can find one?

Or does someone have an old one they don't want?

I want to create a map for myself of all the bus routes and stops and it's a lot easier for me with a big old proper map. (And safer for my phone.)

Thanks!

Jane

Some restaurants give out free tourist maps. The bookshop next to the railway station has large maps from time to time.
Warning: the maps show some eoads which do not exist, because the city authorities have planned but not built them.

That's very funny in a certain optimistic way.

Thanks for the tip. I always find your posts to be so witty. Thx.

I'll just be following the roads the buses are running on, trying to figure out all the routes, stops, and transfers locations.

So unless I'm in an imaginary bus, it should be okay.

City bus routes include:
Route No. 1 Nha Trang to Thanh via Le Hong Phong Street and 23 October Street, every 15mins. Thanh AKA Dien Khanh is 10kms west of the beach;
Route No2 Nha Trang to Thanh vis Tran Hung Dao Street and 23/10 Street, every 15mins;
North bus station, Nha Trang to Khanh Vinh via Thanh, every hour, 35kms;
Old NT airport to new airport at Cam Ranh, 30kms;
NT to Cam Ranh town via Highway 1, every 20 mins, 40kms, takes over an hour due to speed limit restrictions;
NT to Dai Lanh beach via Ninh Hoa town, 70kms north.

Thap Ba hot springs, 4kms from town runs a service about hourly in its own minibus to snd from town.

Bus drivers were unable to provide me with any printed information. The city tourist office is officially listed at the province government offices, 1 Tran Phu Street. No visitors allowed.
You may be able to get full details from the South Bus station (Ben xe phia nam) 6kms west of town next to Metro supermarket.
But probably not, because they run the intercity buses and not the intracity buses.

Anothe bus runs to Luong Son fishing village, 20kms north. There are some ok restaurants overlooking the fishing boats on the bay.

NOTE: To further assist in the development of tourism in Khanh Hoa Province, all buses cease running by 6pm.
