The Right to Learn is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the disadvantaged children of Nagarote, Nicaragua with a free Montessori education. The Right to Learn accomplishes this mission primarily through its funding of School of Louise’s Dreams, where over 200 pre-elementary and elementary students are provided with everything they need to effectively receive an education. The Right to Learn is seeking experienced teaching professionals for our Volunteer Teacher Trainer positions, to serve with our established non-profit organization. Volunteers will be provided the opportunity to help train Nicaraguan teachers in advanced teaching methodologies, while actively working in classrooms at School of Louise’s Dreams. Volunteers are expected to commit a minimum of one work week to working at School of Louise’s Dreams.

Our Service Learning positions offer the opportunity to impart a great deal of value, while also providing powerful and lasting experiences for the volunteers. Our staff of ten teachers has been receiving periodic training in the advanced teaching methodology for almost four years. We strive to provide a consistent flow of training support through volunteer service of trained and experienced teaching professionals. Help us achieve our mission and have a once in a lifetime experience in the process!

2.Help teachers implement advanced teaching techniques successfully in the classroom

The Right to Learn will coordinate all accommodations and travel arrangements from Managua to Nagarote for Volunteers.
