I have a lakefront home in Northeast Florida and am interested in trading. It's driveable distance to Jacksonville and Gainesville. It's a gorgeous home on three heavily wooded acres in the community of Keystone Heights (great school, family-oriented town). The house is built to resemble an Adirondack lake house with lots of wood, two fireplaces and three screened porches. It has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and a downstairs play/game room that could be made into an in-law suite. The house is on the market for $398,000 but we're interested in trading.
