Yup, you should always look at the many areas of Nicaragua. We have mountains, beaches, valleys, rain forest, cool areas, hot areas, etc. Most expats live in San Juan del Sur, Granada and Managua though. For example, if medical care is a concern, there are few medical facilities outside the cities.
