ISO Real Estate Attorney Recommendations in León

hi,

I am looking for reputable Real Estate Attorney recommendations in or near León or in Las Pe?itas. Ideally an attorney with an Escrow account.

Do Independent Attorneys ever have malpractice insurance in Nicaragua, or is that strictly for the large firms?

Also I have a few names for Independent attorneys but am wondering what is the best way to properly vet them.

ProNicaragua only gave me names of large Law Firms.

Any references or advice would be appreciated.

I very much doubt that you'll find an attorney in this area with an escrow account and/or malpractice insurance. In my two years in Leon y never heard of one and I've used several attorneys here. I'll make some inquiries and let you know.
