Hello just saw your request, i have a good creative arquitect that i use for my projects , i myself do the design along with much input from my customers, becouse at the end of the day it will be there dream come true not mine or the arquitect.

We had drawn our own plans and then took them to the architect that works at the Alcaldia and had him draw them up based on ours. The Alcaldia has architects and there's no one better if you want to get the plans approved by the Alcaldia!!

Thanks everyone for your ideas. I love the post about going to the alcaldia. ;) Our property is 10 mins west of Leon. What is the cost, if you know, more or less, for an architect to draw plans and supervise the work for a two story house 15 x15 square meters (approx 4000 sq ft)? We have a rough hand drawn sketch ready.
