We are considering a move to Nicaragua and I would like to know if Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM(this is a vitamin supplement for joint pain and for those suffering from arthritis) is readily available over the counter. I take this when living in New Zealand and Australia. Thanks much appreciated.

I take therapeutic vitamins. They can be hard to find and expensive. There is a store called Naturaliza in Managua that has the best selection.

I pay $60 for a three month supply of hydrolyzed collagen. The governments in Central America are not vitamin friendly and there are real import hassles. There are locally made substitutes that are not of the best quality. What you take could be more expensive here.
