1. take a shuttle. There is a booth in the airport just outside the immigration doors or you can look on the internet.
2. take a bus from Huembes (whimbeez) terminal. Buses go all day, look on www.thebusschedule.com for times. It can take four hours. Go straight to SJDS, don't transfer at Rivas. Taxi to the terminal. Watch your belongings on the bus, don't put anything in the overhead where you can't see it.

If this is your first trip, and you are arriving after 2:00 pm or thereabouts, spend the night in Managua so you arrive before dark. If you do end up at a hotel, ask at the desk, they might know a shuttle.
