Got bad CSR in Nicaragua? This is how you fix that.

Having lived in different countries arround the world has given me a wide perspective on how to complaint when you get treated like you don't matter, especially if you're paying for a service.

Nicaragua, like any other country is no exception and mind you I'm not putting down the country in any way with this post. What I'm doing is showing you how to make sure those who disrespected you with careless (F**** You attitude) towards your needs as s customer get what they deserve.

Generally speaking, Nicaraguan businesses care about their customer service. Companies like SINSA and Banco Lafise take their customer service very seriously and at the lack of it you will find how their managers and department supervisors make sure it gets instituted appropriately at the lack of it.

There is always a sense of respect for Americans and non-latinamericans but if you feel you're not getting your way.. make sure you follow up by stating that you're recording the call ( and you can with an Android app called Total Recall). Second, make sure you state that you do not feel you're being treated fairly and demand to speak to a supervisor.

When the supervisor arrives simply state that you feel you're not being respected as a valued customer and want to place a formal complaint against that person.

The downside to this action is that the person may lose his job, tough luck or he/she may only get written-up but in any case, you're paying for a service and CSR is what you expect.

Resolve nicely by following these steps and you may be helping others get a much better CSR in Nicaragua.

Yeah...and that really helped you with IBW..or Claro. Fairy tale from someone who does not know hills from mountains...who would take that advice.

Hahahaha... you noticed... and seem too eager to keep at it.

Don't forget to take your pills. Is the DPI affecting your judgement?
