I would like to know if someone knows a good dentist in Nicaragua. Someone in my family needs 4 implants. I would appreciate if someone has some idea about the price as well. Thanks

You'll have better luck if you state which city. Also try the facebook group for that city. Prices are higher in mga, but still probably 25% of US prices.

Hello, I have a wonderful dental team in Managua- just came back from second trip for implants. $1000 complete Dr. David Madriz and Dr. Martha Montalvan . You can email themdresmadriz@gmail.com www.davidmadriz-dds.com You can mention me Felice Berenson They speak fluent English, practiced in USA and do excellent and caring work and are not overpriced.

Hello, No, That is per implant and is the least expensive around. He is fantastic and the crowns are 00% porcelain. You won't find better care, perfect English and this price. i check everywhere before deciding and am lad I did. i just came back from another visit in October and if i tell you all I had done you would not believe me plus daily emails before going form USA. This was the third visit. Am returning in the spring. AgainI highly recommend .

100% porcelain and in the UA that is impossible for less than $5000 per implant!

Hi thank you sooo much for your post! I am in the process of choosing a dental team in Nicaragua. Need 4 implants. Do you think Managua is my best bet or is Granada possibly an equal option for both quality and price? Thank you. .

Thanks, Felice! I will soon need probably 4 implants, and I will contact them. Let us know how it is when the final results are in.
I see it takes 3 trips. Is this typical, or could it be two? How long in calendar time is the entire process?

Hello, Two times is the norm for the implants. I am having other work done on old crowns and now root canals not done by my old dentist in US. Also at this point unless an emergency arises, I do not want anyone else working on me! You will find them amazing! Let me know how it works out:0

HEllo, I have the final result of the implant and it is wonderful. I will have two more done starting in late spring. My crowns are gorgeous and were complimented on by a dentist here in the USA!

A lot depends on the individual's case. If you need bone grafts, they can place the implant at the same time. If you are a smoker, your gums/bone may be more deteriorated than if you aren't, and it's possible they will be unable to place implants.
Choice of crown materials also affects the price. I preferred to get zirconia, since my older crowns and previous (from the U.S.) implants were zirconia. That altered the price a bit, though I'm not sorry. My implants were done by an implant specialist (English-speaking, Argentina-trained) in Granada. His prices are good, but you may get better prices in Managua or Leon (a friend's father had a lot of work done there by a dentist who teaches dentistry, and paid quite a bit less than I did).

Hello I found them to be less expensive than in Granada and I did a lot of research before making my decision.
