Hola! I am Josy from canada, 27 years old and im planning to move to Nicaragua. i would love to start with renting a beach house near leon. I found a beautiful one for 550 us in las peñitas but im open for other options. I am going to work on a project for next year in Nicaragua. I am a nature lover, i love to laugh and taking life simply. I do yoga and meditation daily. I love dancing, swimming, hicking, I eat only vegetarian butni do fish at time. Would love to share the house with someone positive, clean, sociale but also at ease with silence.

I don't mind as long as there is respect of intimacy and that we agree on certain "house rule" like to clean our dishes after each meal ;p those kind of thing! Where are you looking for?
