Looking for either beachfront or close to the beach and a pool would be a great bonus. I'm 50 yrs old not looking for a busy city atmosphere just a Peaceful and quiet retreat. This would be every single yr beginning November to April starting in November this yr and every single yr going forward..Let's talk price and go from there

You want a landlord who shares your values, and I don't see how you can find each other on the internet. You got to get down into the belly of the beast, to coin a phrase. Get a nice hotel room and house hunt at your leisure. If your intent is to return there for years, you want to take your time picking out the right place.
