Looking at google maps, it appears that the best (only) route to Tola is hwy 62 from Rivas. Is this correct? I will be driving from Jinotepe. Thanks. Also, about how long a drive is this?

Yes. There is a cut off before 62 hits the main road...i suggest you just go the extra 2 miles and take 62 where it hits the main road. Big UNO gas station on right just before the turn and if you get to stadium on the left you are a bit too far.
