Hello,. We are going to a work retreat at Playa Conchal which is 15 minutes from Tamarindo, Costa Rica in June. We really want to check out San Juan Del Sur as a possible retirement location. after the conference. Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to get to SJDS ? I was quoted a shuttle van price from Liberia to there for $79 per person. We would just have to get up to Liberia. Also any suggestions on where to stay while in SJDS ? We would only be there 2-3 days and then take a shuttle up to explore Leon and Granada. Thank you !

I had a wonderful 10 day stay at Park Avenue Villas in Jan, 2017; A small, personal hotel only 2 blocks from the beach with beautiful view and friendly staff.

Hi ! Thanks for the info. It looks really nice. I'll email them to see if they have availability. Do you or anyone out there have a Shuttle van service that you would recommend from Tamarindo CR to San Juan Del Sur? Thank you!
