I just spoke with her a few minutes ago.. She doesn't speak good english since she is Korean and she could not stop crying to tell me the full name of the hospital but I think she said Ken is at botanito hospital.. They have to do the blood tests in the morning on him and his heart beats are off the chart.. Please someone call her now and try to comfort her. She needs the support from you guys in Cuenca..

I can offer no help, but am very sorry to hear about this situation. I hope all works out as best things can in a situation like this, and will offer prayers.

We are very happy... Ken is out of intensive care and back home .. He has Pericarditis.. Inflammation of the membrane around the heart.. I just got off the phone with him... They want to do another blood test tomorrow to make sure he never had a mild attack in his sleep... before.. I did research on it tonight and they said the best thing believe it or not is to eat allot of watermelon.. The watermelon juices will attack the membrane and will make the swelling go down, lower your cholesterol ratio and helps with circulation at night... Nora's father does a similar formula with a large cactus that you boil into a dark tea that is found in her home town of San Jose de Minas by Otavalo,, Its called Kasamaroochee... You drink a full quart at one time and it will attack inflamation in your heart and clean your prostate and colon.. I did a treatment and cleaned my pipes.. It will make little particles of aluminum come out of your colon that have been there for years from eating food out of canned goods in the states... It might sting a little when you urine but afterwards you can feel the difference in stamina....

I have been watching this thread closely. Ken was kind enough to give me his phone number and help me with my trip plan to relocate there. I prayed for him last night and am very happy to hear all he needs is some watermelon, but he told me that scotch tasted better.

This is great news!!!

Say I wonder if the new watermelon flavored Zhumir (sugar liquor0 counts? If not Tex -- have a drink for the guy -- and remember to always drink for those who can't and drink often!

I hate to say it but if I had an apple and oatmeal I think my system might go into shock.
Seriously though, I am looking forward to having time to enjoy life rather than chasing the mighty dollar.

Hi, This is Ken Johnson and I am glad to say that I am alive and well. I am deeply touched by all the messages of concern and care. I was in Monte Sinai Hospital and recieved outstanding care from Dr. Diego Serrano. The hospital is outstanding in every respect. Thanks for the watermelon tip. I definitely be eating more of it.
